déjà rien que j'ai vu début construction juin 2005, j'ai fermé la page et j'ai lancé Adaware.

D'après ce que je vois ça serait un tunnel en suspension dans l'ocean, pas au fond de l'eau.
Donc si c'est fait comme les plateformes pétrolière flottante, je pense que c'est techniquement possible.
Mais bon, la sécurité et la maintenance couteraient très cher.
EDIT : Donc le prix serait très cher. Mais si le concorde n'était pas rentable, ce projet le serrait encore moins je pense.
