prob avec logiciel HP a cause de suppression de spyware

Voila j'ai un logiciel HP pour mon appareil photo (directeur HP, HP image zone,ect..) ki ne fonctionne pas, lorsque je le lance, il me dit

" Fatal execution engine error (0*7927baca) "

alors kan je fé ok il me dit

" application has generated an exeption that could not be handled.

Process id=0*390 (912), thread id=0*f6c (3948).

click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

donc kan je fait CANCEL, il me dit alors:

Registered JIT debugger is not avaliable. an attempt to launch a JIT debugger whith the following command resulted in an error of 0*2 (2) . please chek computer settings

cordbg.exe !a 0*390

click on retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.
Click on cancel to abort the JIT debug request.

avant , je me sui servi de spybot pour nettoyer mon xp, donc je suppose ke j'ai supprimé un spyware quil fallai a HP pour fonctionner. mai je c pa c koi , ni ou le trouver pour le remerttre.
je c plus koi faire du tout? pourriez vous m'aider svp??
