Problème avec Pc Portable Packard Bell "EasyNote"

Bonjour tout le monde !

J'ai un énorme problème avec mon pc portable Packard Bell "EasyNote".

Quand j'allume mon pc portable, mon ordi me marque ceci :

En appuyant sur la touche F2, l'ordinateur me marque :

j'ai 3 tentatives, puis ensuite il me marque :

System Date : 03-23-2007
Password check failed
Press F2 to Resume

La j'appuis encore sur F2, puis un trait en haut à gauche clignote, et rien ne se passe.
Sinon, une grande barre qui recouvre uniquement le haut avec plusieurs couleur dedans : violet, bleu, vert, etc....

Comment faire pour réparer mon ordinateur portable ?
