Aidez moi svp j'ai un probleme.

Salut, j'ai un ami qui a un probleme avec son ordinateur portable DELL.
Il se sert de son pc et d'un seul coup un ecran bleu apparait et ecrit :

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps :

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop messange, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

qu'il ouvre le boitier et qu'il depouusiere les venntilateurs d'une part

ensuite, qu'il telecharges Memtest et teste ses barrettes de RAM
