Salut, j'ai un ami qui a un probleme avec son ordinateur portable DELL.
Il se sert de son pc et d'un seul coup un ecran bleu apparait et ecrit :

as tu installer un logiciel ou peripherique  avant le probleme ? ou meme une mise a jour de bios ou n'importe koi.
aurait tu rajouté ou changer de ram ?
 
qu'as tu fais de special  juste avant ?

qu'il ouvre le boitier et qu'il depouusiere les venntilateurs d'une part
 
ensuite, qu'il telecharges Memtest et teste ses barrettes de RAM
