Probleme pc et mozilla

bonjour,
je crois que j'ai envoyé mon sujet au mauvais endroit. donc voilà
j'ai bien lu vos recommandations. j'ai des souci avec mon pc. exemple : la page de Mozilla se ferme toute seule, ou ne répond pas. une fenêtre m'annonce que le script ne répond pas. je reçois en plein écran des publicité.si je lis en ligne une vidéo envoyée par une amie, je ne peux plus fermer la page, ni mon ordinateur.
j'ai fait ce que vous disiez : lancé un OTL , que je vous joints,

Il manque le rapport OTL.txt s'il te plait pour qu'on puisse regarder. (il est sur ton bureau normalement)

je viens d'avoir un gros souci, je n'ai pas trouvé le rapport en question alors j'ai lancé une autre analyse , mais le pc est devenu noir, puis blanc, puis plus rien, juste l'image du bureau, plus d'icone; j ai éteint et rallumé . et me revoila. dois je relancé un scan, suis perdue . merci

Supprime OTL.exe


Réessaye en faisant exactement ceci :


Télécharge OTL (de Old Timer) sur ton bureau.
  • Ferme toutes tes fenêtres, puis double clique sur OTL.scr pour le lancer.
    (Utilisateur de Vista/Windows 7 faites un clic droit -> "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur")

  • Coche en haut la case devant "Tous les utilisateurs"
  • Cohe "Avec liste blanche" sous "Registre: approfondi"

  • Sous Personnalisation, copie-colle l'ensemble du texte ci-dessous, laisse les autres options par défaut.

  • Clique sur le bouton Analyse en haut à gauche puis patiente quelques instants.

  • A la fin du scan, deux rapports s'ouvriront OTL.Txt et Extras.Txt.
  • Pour les rapports, merci d'utiliser ce service de rapport en ligne : dépose le fichier via "parcourir" et poste simplement le lien obtenu dans ta réponse.

    Note : Les rapports sont aussi enregistrés sur le bureau

    je viens d'utiliser la procédure , mais mon Pc a planter de nouveau. le scan se passait bien jusqu'au moment ou une fenetre s'est ouverte : l'instruction à "0X004148d3" emploie l'adresse mémoire "0X0000000" la mémoire ne peut pas etre "read". puis impossible de fermer normalement le PC, j'ai forcé la fermeture (30sec) à l'ouverture il n'y avait pas de rapport..il me semble que AVAST à voulu intervenir....fin du rapport...c'est grave docteur...

    Essaye ceci s'il te plait :



    1) Télécharge RogueKiller (de Tigzy) sur ton bureau.

  • Renomme roguekiller.exe en explorer.exe
  • Ferme toutes tes fenêtres, puis double clique sur explorer.exe pour le lancer.
    (Utilisateur de Vista/Windows 7 faites un clic droit -> "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur")

  • Une fois l'initialisation terminée, choisis l'option 1 et valide.
  • Un rapport s'ouvrira, copie-colle son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse

    (S'il ne s'ouvre pas, il est enregistré sur le bureau : RKreport.txt)

    dans la fenetre noire de RogueKiller ils indiquent 2 ".dll" en quarantaine et de lancer le mode 2 pour suppression. je ne fais rien, j'attends votre avis.a bientôt

    Non ne fais pas l'option 2, ce sont des faux-positifs.


    Rien sur ce rapport, on va tester autre chose pour voir :

    Télécharge TDSSKiller de Kaspersky sur ton bureau.

  • Décompresse-le en faisant clic-droit dessus -> extraire tout... (clique sur "suivant", "suivant" et "Terminer".)
  • Double clique sur "TDSSKiller.exe" pour lancer l'outil.
    (Utilisateur de Vista/Windows 7 : effectue un clic droit sur TDSSKiller.exe et sélectionne "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".)

  • Clique alors sur le bouton "Start Scan".
  • Laisse le scan s'effectuer.

  • Dans la fenêtre de résultat :
  • Si TDSS.tdl2 est détecté l'option Delete sera cochée par défaut.
  • Si TDSS.tdl3 est détecté assure toi que Cure est bien cochée.
  • Pour la partie "Suspicious object" laisse sur "Skip"
  • /!\ si dans la partie "Suspicious object" le fichier est de type : c:\windows\123456789:987654321.exe (suite aléatoire), met l'option sur Delete
  • Si TDSS.tdl4 (mbr) est détecté assure toi que Cure est bien coché.
  • Clique enfin sur "Continue"

  • Il te sera surement demandé de redémarrer ton pc, fait-le en cliquant sur "Reboot now"

  • Au redémarrage va chercher le rapport de suppression, il se trouve ici :
    C:\ TDSSKiller.x.x.x.x_date_heure_log.txt

    Poste son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse.

    Bon on va essayer de ré-obtenir un rapport pour voir le reste de l'ordi :

    Télécharge DDS de sUBs sur ton bureau.
    L'outil ne nécessite pas d'installation.

    Lance-le en cliquant sur l'icône dds.scr

    Cette fenêtre DOS va apparaitre


  • Le scan ne doit pas dépasser trois minutes.
  • Deux rapport vont alors apparaitre en bloc-note : DDS.txt et Attach.txt.
  • Enregistre-les sur ton bureau avant de fermer ou valider.
  • Poste-moi le rapport DDS.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.
  • Conserve l'autre si je te le demande.

    si je comprends bien , pas d intrusion d espions, etc...
    je ne navigue pas avec internet, j'ai souvent utilisé GOOGLE CHROME, mais je l'ai supprimé, j'utilise suivant ce que j'ai lu sur vos news : MOZILLA. en ce qui concerne mon anti virus, je pense le changer pour avira. qu'en pensez vous ?

    Je veux que tu essayes sous Internet Explorer que les pc Windows conserve toujours par défaut, même si tu ne l'utilises pas, ceci afin de vérifier si c'est juste niveau Navigateur qu'il y a un souci ...

    Donc tu lances Internet Explorer, tu navigues avec, et tu nous dis si tu rencontre les mêmes souci qu'avec Firefox, merci.

    je ne peux donc répondre à la communauté qui m'a envoyé une réponse à mon problème.. merci tout de même.
    j'essaie parfois de naviguer par internet explorer, mais j'ai toujours des ralentissement, une page blanche avant l'ouverture de la page demandée. je me demande si ce n'est pas AVAST qui passe son temps à tourner..(à s'activer) et ralentir la recherche.qu'en pensez vous.
    autre chose, pourquoi avoir supprimé mon avatar ?il était mignon..

    Si tous les problèmes sont apparu après l'installation ou la mise à jour d'Avast!, c'est possible.
    Désinstalle Avast! le temps d'essayer sans lui pour voir (pas grave si tu restes un moment sans antivirus.)

    bonjour et merci à Hyunkel30 de m'avoir aidé à résoudre mon problème. j ai eu des soucis avec le pc , batterie à plat, avec saute d'humeur, mais j'ai compris plus tard que cela venait du chargeur qui était , en clair , fichu . donc je suppose que tous les mouvements étranges de mon pc provenaient de là.
