Refais un nettoyage avec Ad-Remover puis désinstalle-le.

Normalement, tu ne devrais plus avoir PCTuto.

Télécharge OTL (par OldTimer) sur ton Bureau.

Double-clique sur OTL pour le lancer.
(Sous Vista/Win7, il faut cliquer droit sur OTL et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)

Une fenêtre apparaît. Dans la section Rapport en haut de cette fenêtre, coche Rapport minimal.

Coche également les cases à côté de Recherche Lop et Recherche Purity.

Enfin, clique sur le bouton Analyse. Le scan ne prend pas beaucoup de temps.

Une fois l'analyse terminée, deux fenêtres Bloc-notes vont s'ouvrir : OTL.txt et Extras.txt. Ils se trouvent au même endroit qu'OTL.

Pour me transmettre les rapports :

Clique sur Parcourir... et cherche le fichier du rapport que tu souhaites me transmettre.

Clique sur Ouvrir.

Clique sur Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier.

Ad-Aware et Spybot sont obsolètes selon moi.

Désinstalle Freecorder Toolbar et Softonic_France Toolbar.

Double-clique sur OTL pour le lancer.

Puis clique sur le bouton Correction en haut de la fenêtre.

Laisse le programme travailler, redémarre une fois le fix terminé.

Poste le rapport qui s'affichera après redémarrage.

A partir du panneau de configuration (ajout/suppression de programmes), je ne peux pas désinstaller Freecorder Toolbar et Softonic_France Toolbar.

Faut-il que je supprime Ad-Aware et Spybot ?

Pour Freecorder Toolbar et Softonic_France Toolbar, lorsque je veux les désinstaller, une fenêtre me demande si je suis sûr de vouloir les désinstaller et je clique sur OUI et rien ne se passe.

J'ai installé Ad-Aware et Spybot parce que je pensais avoir une saloperie sur mon micro.

Si oui peux-tu me dire ce que nous avons fait ?

Par ailleurs, si je peux abuser de ton savoir informatique, je me pose plusieurs questions :
Lorsque je vais, à partir du menu "démarrer" ; exécuter ; "msconfig", je pense avoir trop de services activer, ce qui ralenti mon système. Il en est de même dans l'onglet démarrage.
Que faut-il désactiver ?

Enfin, dans le gestionnaire de tâches, je trouve qu'il y a trop de processus ouverts.

Tu avais deux adwares, PCTuto et QuestScan donc Ad-Remover était adapté. J'ai supprimé des restes avec OTL.

Je me demande s'il ne faudrait pas supprimer Freecorder Toolbar et Softonic_France Toolbar avec OTL vu que ça ne fonctionne pas par la voie normale.

Tu peux désactiver des programmes qui se lancent au démarrage :
