Correction texte anglais

Bonjour, j'aimerais savoir si quelqu'un pourrait m'aider à corriger ce texte que jai écrit en anglais.
Je pense que le vocabulaire ça va même si il est assez simple/basique, mais le but n'est pas d'écrire un texte très riche en vocalubaire.
C'est surtout sur la syntaxe que j'aimerai, si possible, avoir des corrections.

Maybe we can explain this phenomenom with some other rates : black women have the highest obesity rate with 41,9 percent, and in general Blacks and Hispanics people are more hat by obesity than Whites, just as for education : more education people have, less they are concerned by obesity.

On the other hand, in some states, 2 in numbers, obesity rate in only at 20 percent : Colorado and Washington DC.
For the Colorado, it’s easy to explain, according to Dr Dietz : this state has a culture of physical activity with biking and walking trails. In comparison, the low rate in Washington DC is less easy to understand, because of its important black population, but they walk probably more with the utilisation of subway.

Anyway if the numbers didn’t low, more and more people will get ill, and have heart disease, stroke, diabetes or cancer.
It’s a geld problem too, because the medical costs of obesity are as 147 000 000 a year, and the efforts to control obesity were not sufficient.
