Incapable de se connecter à MSN avec mon adresse de messagerie

Bonjour,
depuis maintenant 3 jours je suis incapable de me connecter à MSN (windows live messenger) seulement à partir de mon ordinateur et seulement avec mon compte email. Je suis capable de me connecter sur un autre ordinateur avec mon adresse email. D'un autre côté je suis capable d'ouvrir une session MSN avec d'autre adresse de messagerie. Lorsque j'essais avec mon adresse MSN "plante" et ensuite gèle (pour le fermer je dois ouvrir le gestionnaire des tâches). Si on attend très longtemps windows (vista) donne un message d'erreur du genre "Windows live communication platform a cesser de fonctionner" ou quelque chose du genre. Voilà, je ne sais vraiment pas quoi faire, si quelqu'un peut m'aider et sais quoi faire...! C'est la première fois que sa me fait un truc du genre.

Oui j'ai Windows live plus mais non je n'ai rien ajouter. J'utilise Windows Vista et ma version de WLM c'est la 2009 (14.0.8064.206). Ça marchait très bien avant, ça a cesser de fonctionner tout d'un coup!

J'avais trouver sur internet une facon de contourné mon problème. Mais ça n'a pas marché donc j'ai restauré mon système comme c'est indiqué de le faire. Le seul point de sauvegarde auquel je pouvais revenir c'était celui avant la mise à jour de windows. Donc je l'ai fait puisque c'est depuis ce temps que ça ne marche plus. Sauf que depuis la restauration du système, j'ai un double problème: je ne suis plus capable de me connecter à internet (et donc encore moins a WLM)!!! Aidez-moi s'il-vous-plait!!

Désinstalle-le et regarde si le problème persiste.

Bon, au bord de la crise j'ai décidé de tout simplement réinstaller l'ancienne version de MSN! Pour l'instant sa marche. Si jamais le bug de la nouvelle version est réparé je réinstallerai p-e la nouvelle version. Merci bcp pour votre aide, ça a été apprécié!
