Incapable de se connecter à MSN avec mon adresse de messagerie

Tu as des plugins, ou autres amélioration personnalisées sur ta session WLM ?
Genre Windows live! plus ...

T'as ajouté quelque chose à WLM c'est derniers jours ?

Tu es sous quel windows ? quelle version de WLM ?

Oui j'ai Windows live plus mais non je n'ai rien ajouter. J'utilise Windows Vista et ma version de WLM c'est la 2009 (14.0.8064.206). Ça marchait très bien avant, ça a cesser de fonctionner tout d'un coup!

J'avais trouver sur internet une facon de contourné mon problème. Mais ça n'a pas marché donc j'ai restauré mon système comme c'est indiqué de le faire. Le seul point de sauvegarde auquel je pouvais revenir c'était celui avant la mise à jour de windows. Donc je l'ai fait puisque c'est depuis ce temps que ça ne marche plus. Sauf que depuis la restauration du système, j'ai un double problème: je ne suis plus capable de me connecter à internet (et donc encore moins a WLM)!!! Aidez-moi s'il-vous-plait!!

Pour voir :

Télécharge DDS de sUBs sur ton bureau.
L'outil ne nécessite pas d'installation.

Lance-le en cliquant sur l'icône dds.scr

Cette fenêtre DOS va apparaitre

Le scan ne doit pas dépasser trois minutes.

Deux rapport vont alors apparaitre en bloc-note : DDS.txt et Attach.txt.

Enregistre-les sur ton bureau avant de fermer ou valider.

Poste-moi le rapport DDS.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Conserve l'autre si je te le demande.

Tu as des toolbars frauduleuses, pour çà, tu devras ouvrir un sujet dans la catégorie sécurité-virus.

Je vois que tu viens juste de téléchargé Windows Live! Plus
Désinstalle-le et regarde si le problème persiste.

Bon, au bord de la crise j'ai décidé de tout simplement réinstaller l'ancienne version de MSN! Pour l'instant sa marche. Si jamais le bug de la nouvelle version est réparé je réinstallerai p-e la nouvelle version. Merci bcp pour votre aide, ça a été apprécié!

Les toolbar frauduleuse se sont les trucs comme:
MyWebSearch Search Assistant

Ca s'ajoute à Internet Explorer :
Elles peuvent diffuser de tes données personnelles, habitude de surf, sans ton consentement, et parfois afficher des pubs ... elles sont souvent installées avec des programme gratuits comme sponsor ...

Soit tu désinstalles via ajout/suppression si c'est possible, soit tu ouvre un sujet dans la catégorie Virus-sécurité que je t'ai indiqué plus haut.
