Probléme ms removal tool

Bonjour a toute et a tous,

Depuis hier, j'ai un probléme avec une application que je n'ai pas téléchargé :
"Ms removal tool", il n'arréte pas de m'ouvrir des fenetres de notifications, il y a un cadena, ainsi q'une croix rouge qui apparait dans la barre des taches, et il bloque mes Maj antivirus....

Quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider SVP?
