Tu as fait une analyse du PC avec ton antivirus ?

Oui j'ai pas de virus

Si tu veux on va regarder s'il n'y a pas quelque chose de cacher

Télécharge OTL sur ton Bureau.

Prends le soin de fermer toutes les autres fenêtres Windows afin de ne pas interrompre le scan.

Double-clique sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.Sous Windows Vista/7, faire un clic droit sur OTL.exe puis choisir "Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur" pour lancer l'outil.

L'écran principal de OTL s'affiche:



(1) Si ce n'est déjà fait, dans le paragraphe Registre: Approfondi, cocher le bouton-radio Avec liste blanche

(2) Coche (en haut) la case située devant Tous les utilisateurs

(3) Coche également les cases à côté de Recherche Lop et Recherche purity.

(4) Sélectionne très précisément tout ce qui est en gras avec la souris et copie/colle le contenu dans la zone Personnalisation de la fenêtre OTL

(5) Puis cliquer sur le bouton Analyse

- Laisser l'outil travailler sans l'interrompre.

Une fois l'analyse terminée, deux fenêtres vont s'ouvrir dans le Bloc-notes : OTL.txt et Extras.txt. Ils se trouvent au même endroit que OTL (donc par défaut sur le Bureau)

Utilise le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ pour envoyer ton rapport, et poste le lien dans ta prochaine réponse.

Et si j'utilise mozilla au lieu de internet explorer ça change rien?

Sur ton premier post tu dis çà mozilla fonctionne ou pas ?

oui il fonctionne mais parfois ça me fait mozilla firefox (ne répond pas) et à certains autres programmes aussi

C'est une analyse de ton PC qui nous permet de voir si il y a des cochonneries dessus !  


Relance OTL.exe.

Fais un double clic sur l'icône pour le lancer.Sous Windows Vista/7, faire un clic droit sur OTL.exe puis choisir "Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur" pour lancer l'outil.

Sélectionne très précisément tout ce qui est dans le cadre ci dessous , avec la souris et copie le contenu dans la zone "Personnalisation" de la fenêtre OTL



Ferme toutes les fenêtres de programme ouvertes (navigateur, traitement de texte, etc...).

Puis clique sur le bouton Correction en haut de la fenêtre.

Laisse le programme travailler sans te servir du PC!!!!!

Copie et colle le rapport dans ta réponse stp

Il faut lire les messages Je t'ai demandé çà:

Tu auras un rapport qui va s'ouvrir sur ton bureau tu as justes a faire un copier et ensuite tu le colles sur le forum

Supprimes OTL

Double clique sur OTL.exe et clique sur le bouton purge outils

Ensuite télécharges le a nouveau et refais la manipe

J'ai du le faire en mode sans échec pour que ça marche parce que en mode normal ça le faisait toujours.A la fin ils m'ont dis de redémarrer pour que le nettoyage soit fini et maintenant je dois faire quoi?

Essayes de le refaire en mode normal s'il ne passe pas fais ceci:

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.

Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.
Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées :

Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen rapide".

Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur " Rechercher ".

Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :

Si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.

Si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats"
puis sur "Supprimer la sélection".

Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.

Fais redémarrer ton ordinateur normalement et poste le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

REMARQUE : Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.

j'ai déja fais un teste malware avec ce logiciel et j'ai tout supprimé déja

Alors tu le mets a jour et tu refais une analyse et tu me postes le rapport ici !

J'ai déjà tout fais la semaine dernière et ça a détecter 3 ou 4 malware qui ont été supprimé j'ai refais une analyse après pour voir si yavé rien mais y avait plus aucun malware

Donc tout est bon alors !

Oui mon pc lag moins j'ai l'impression mais quand j'essaie de defragmenter mon disque C l'analyse reste a 44%

Prends ce défragmenteur et fais un essai!
Télécharge Puran-defrag sur ton Bureau.
Tu cliques sur ton disque a défragmenter Qui est "C" en général



Tu peux conserver ce défragmenteur en remplacement de celui de windows

J'ai défragmenter mais il reste encore beaucoup de points rouge sur la cluster map

J'ai réparé les erreurs du disque dur et ça me fais presque jamais (ne répond pas) maintenant mais question vitesse c'est toujours pareil

Madara Ushiwa 2000 Peux tu Ajouter [Résolu] au titre. Pour cela :
Clique, sur ton premier message, sur le bouton "Editer"
Rajoute la mention [RESOLU] à ton titre
Clique ensuite sur "Valider votre message"
