Problème antivirus

Bonjour,

Je viens demander votre aide car j'ai un problème avec mon antivirus Panda global security 2011. En effet, sur l'écran de démarrage du logiciel, il est écrit "il est conseillé de redémarrer pour maintenir votre ordinateur protégé". Or, lorsque je fais ceci rien ne se passe, et les éléments "antivirus", "protection d'identité" et "filtre antispam" sont au rouge et donc désactivés je pense.

J'ai donc effectué un scan Hijackthis car je pense que ceci est dû à une quelconque infection, voici le rapport :
