Bonsoir
Télécharge DDS et sauvegarde-le sur ton bureau.

Désactive tout script bloquant, tels qu'un antivirus, un logiciel comme ad-block, noscript etc.

Double-clique sur dds.scr pour lancer l'outil.

Une fois le scan fini, un document texte, DDS.txt, va s'ouvrir .

Clique Oui à la prochaine invite Optional Scan.

Sauvegarde les deux rapports sur ton bureau et poste-moi uniquement le DDS.txt.

Télécharge ComboFix de sUBs : Combofix
Sauvegarde-le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

Double-clic sur ComboFix, Il va te poser une question, suis les invites puis attends que combofix ait terminé, il est possible que ton PC reboot, c’est normal, un rapport sera créé.Poste le rapport:C:\Combofix.txt
clique dessus pour l'ouvrir, puis édition "sélectionner tout", édition "copier"

viens sur le forum et édition "coller"

quand j'essaie d'éxécuter combo.fix il y a une fenêtre qui s'ouvre , qui veut pas se fermer et qui empêche Combo.fix de terminer, et plus j'essaie de la fermer, plus elle se multiplie.
C'est marqué windows ne peut pas accéder au périphérique ou au fichier spécifié. vous ne disposez pas des droits d'accès pour avoir accès à l'élément.

supprime ta version de ComboFix puis:



Télécharge ComboFix de sUBs :
ComboFix.exe
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

mais attention, vu que ton infection semble faire planter les outils, il faut feinter pour que tu puisses lancer combofix donc:
renomme Combofix en Combo-Fix avant de lancer le téléchargement comme suit:

ben j'ai bien tout fait comme c'était marqué, j'ai renommé et tout. Mais la même fenêtre apparait au même moment et

bloque tout. ( ceci dit pendant le téléchargement y'a une fenêtre qui dit : téléchargement de Combo.Fix vers bureau, et

après seulement c'est renommé). Pfiouuuu quelle merde !

essaye en mode sans échec:

Redémarre ton ordinateur

Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).

A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.

Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".

après tu déroules la procédure. Si ça ne marche pas, on fera autrement.  

J''ai démarré l'ordi en mode sans échec et j'ai lancé le cokineFix.exe et ca fait exactement pareil, toujours la même fenêtre qui s'affiche au même moment ....

Télécharge OTLPENet.
Prépare un CD vierge et lance OTLPENet, cela va te permettre de graver une image iso.
Note : Le CD gravé, il faut maintenant redémarrer la machine sur le lecteur CDROM

Tu lances l'iso d'OTLPENet que tu as gravé.

une fois le bureau de reatogo chargé , tu lances OTLPE , l'icône jaune

Double-clique sur l'icone OTLPE

quand demandé "Do you wish to load the remote registry", select Yes

quand demandé "Do you wish to load remote user profile(s) for scanning", select Yes

vérifier que "Automatically Load All Remaining Users" est sélectionné et press OK

copie colle ce texte dans un fichier texte|bloc note que tu enregistres sur clé usb que tu brancheras sous reatogo tu pourras alors facilement le copier\coller.

2 Clic Run Scan pour démarrer le scan.

mdr j'ai pas tout compris, mais bon. Je crois qu'il a pas aimé le mode sans échec hier car quand je l'ai démarré il m'a sorti l

l'outil de redémarrage système avec restauration + 2 redémarrages. J'ai pas de CD, je peux prendre une clé usb à la

Une fois que j'ai mis l'image Iso de otlpe sur la clé, je met la clé dans l'ordi, je l'éteins, et pendant qu'il se rallume je fais

comment je fais pour qu'il reboote à partir de la clé, j'appuie sur f 12 ?

enfin, vu que tu viens tous les 15 jours, on va commencer par un pré-nettoyage sinon, ça va être galère pour moi:

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.

Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.
Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées :

Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".

Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".

Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :
~ Si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
~~ Si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.

Poste ce rapport.

REMARQUE : Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.[/#f]

Après j'ai cliqué sur supprimé la sélection et il a tout supprimé. Il m'a édité un autre rapport (j'ai fait enregistrer mais je le

on va essayer avec des outils plus simples à utiliser... (pour t'éviter de lancer des scripts et de faire trop de manip sur ton pc)
