Malwarebytes Anti-Malware a trouvé quelque chose ?

Bonjour,
je t'envoie le rapport de Malwarebytes, à première vu ce sont mes fichiers qui sont infectés et Avira me détecter 4 virus : TR/Rootkit.Gen, TR/PCK.Tdss.Z.4054, TR/Spy.Agent.SC.10, TR/PCK.Katusha.J.1577. Je pense en avoir supprimé mais d'autres reviennent à chaque fois. Merci d'avance de ton aide.

Télécharge ComboFix ([#ff0000]sUBs[/#f]) sur ton Bureau.

Clique droit sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\Combofix.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.

---> Copie (CTRL+C) le texte se situant dans le cadre ci-dessous :


---> Ouvre le Bloc-notes : Démarrer > Tous les programmes > Accessoires > Bloc-notes.

- Colle (CTRL+V) le texte dans le Bloc-notes.
- Enregistre ce fichier dans : Bureau
- Nom du fichier : CFScript
- Type du fichier : tous les fichiers !!
- Clique sur Enregistrer.
- Quitte le Bloc-notes.

---> Fais un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe comme sur la capture :

Cela va relancer Combofix : au message qui apparaît, accepte.

Patiente le temps du scan. Le Bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises : c'est normal !

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher, copie/colle son contenu sur le forum.

Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici : C:\ComboFix.txt

 

désolé je n'arrive pas à t'envoyer le rapport car une fois l'opération finie, internet refuse de marcher. Il me met le message suivant : tentative d'opération non autorisée sur une clé du registre marquée pour suppression. Internet se remet en marche quand je redémarre l'ordi mais du coup je n'ai plus le rapport.

malwarebytes vient déjà de me signaler un virus. de nouveau TR/Rootkit. Je suis désespérée

je te l'envoie dès que l'opération sera finie. C'est avira qui m'a prévenue que Rootkit essayait de nouveau de m'infecter.

Il a peut-être trouvé le rootkit qui se trouve dans la quarantaine de ComboFix (Dossier Qoobox à la racine de ton disque dur).

j'ai essayé d'enlever le virus de la quarantaine résultat MBAM c'est arrêté.

De quelle quarantaine ?

de ComboFix

Appuie sur les touches Windows + R de ton clavier pour afficher la fenêtre Exécuter.

Tape ComboFix /uninstall et valide.

Une fois que ComboFix est désinstallé, relance MBAM.

Relance MBAM, va dans Quarantaine et supprime tout.

Télécharge OTC sur ton Bureau.

Clique droit sur OTC et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

Clique sur CleanUp! puis clique sur Yes à la fenêtre Confirm.

Redémarre ton PC comme demandé.


2/

Télécharge et installe CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo! Toolbar).

Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc....

Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage.


3/

Il est nécessaire de désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système pour la purger.

Conserve MBAM. Il te servira à scanner les fichiers douteux en complément de l'antivirus et scanne le disque dur régulièrement.
