Ralentissement de mon Ordi portable

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai de gros problèmes depuis quelques semaines avec mon ordi quasi neuf qui rame vraiment beaucoup: très grande lenteur au démarrage, pour lancer un programme et aussi la lecture de fichier type .avi est ralentie : un exemple, l'image reste figée souvent plusieurs secondes pendant que le son continue...
On dirait que plusieurs choses tournent en même temps mais rien n'est lancé. Je tourne en permanence avec près de 80% de ma mémoire physique utilisée.
J'ai fait plusieurs scan antivirus avec Avira, spybot, Malwabytes qui ne donnent rien.
J'ai aussi effectué scan avec Hijackthis, mais j'avoue ne pas y comprendre grand chose même en utilisant les tutos sur internet.
J'ai supprimé pas mal de programmes au démarrage qui ne servaient à rien, mais il rame toujours.
Je ne sais plus quoi faire ! Merci d'avance à tous pour vos conseils et votre aide.
