Mon Pc est infecté et je n'arrive plus à installer des périphériques

Bonjour,

Depuis que j'ai fait une mise jour de ma carte graphique NVIDIA FX 5200, je reçois au démarrage un message de détection de nouveau périphérique (je pense pour l'écran) suivi du message suivant " impossible d'installer ce matériel : 65...8A02QXDELL E773C une erreur s'est produite le de l'installation de ce périphérique. Données non valides". toutefois l'écran marche correctement.

Même chose pour ma webcam Logitech qui marchais bien, après l'avoir déconnectée je reçois le même message mais le webcam n'est plus détectée et ne marche plus.

j'ai avast 4.8 comme antivirus qui après analyse du système, a détecté et éliminé des virus" rootkit, et siszyd32" mais je pense qu'il en reste d'autres et que la base des registres a été touchée.

j'ai analysé par Hijackthis; je ne comprend pas grand chose au résultat, j'espère que vous pouvez m'aider. merci
