Soupcon infection

Bonjour

je soupconne de mettre fait infiltrer par un virus ou un malware.... depuis peu ma connection internet est tres tres lente et de plus mon anti virus avira a disparu de mon ordi et je n'arrive pas a installer ni malwarebyte ni spybot meme en mode sans echec......
