Infection par un virus

Bonjour,
Depuis lundi soir, mon pc est complètement infecté par un virus.
Pour m'en débarrasser, j'ai essayé plusieurs solutions :
- scann par Avast avec base de données virus mise à jour -> il trouve des virus, je les supprime mais ils reviennent après
- formatage de la partition système + réinstallation de windows -> pas mieux

J'ai donc fait un scan avec ComboFix mais je ne sais pas analyser le rapport...
Quelqu'un peut m'aider ?
