Bonjour,
j'ai été infecté par un virus prenant la forme d'un faux anti-virus : Security Tools.
J'ai donc passé un coup de "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware", il a trouvé et supprimer plusieurs fichiers.
Mais j'ai l'impression qu'il reste des traces d'infection.
Comment etre sur que j'en suis bien débarrassé ou finir de nettoyer mon ordinateur ?

Bonjour,

Télécharge Hijackthis (de Trend Micro) sur ton Bureau.

  • Double clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer l'installation.
  • Clique sur Install.
  • Double clique sur le raccourci d'HijackThis qui vient d'être créé pour le lancer. (Clique droit -> lancer en tant qu'admin si sous Vista)
  • Accepte la licence en cliquant sur Yes.
  • Clique sur Do a system scan and save a logfile.
  • Poste ici le rapport généré.


Note : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Hijackthis\Hijackthis.log

Ça me semble ok.

Fais une analyse antivirus en ligne sur Kaspersky avec Internet Explorer.

  • Autorise les Active x.
  • Clique sur Démarrer Online Scanner.
  • Sélectionne le poste de travail comme analyse. Enregistres sous le rapport en format .txt.
  • Colle son rapport ici.
  • Poste un nouveau rapport Hijackthis.

Re,

Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

  • Désactive temporairement toute protection résidente ! (Antivirus, antispywares..)
  • Double clique sur ComboFix.exe.
  • Accepte la licence en cliquant sur Oui.
  • Le programme va te demander si tu souhaites installer la Console de Récupération. C'est une précaution, au cas où l'ordinateur tomberait en panne. Je te conseille donc de l'installer, ça ne coûte rien, et ça pourrait potentiellement servir !
  • Lorsque l'opération sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.


Le rapport se trouve ici : %SystemDrive%\ComboFix.txt (%systemdrive% étant la partition où est installée Windows; C:\ en général)

Visiblement ComboFix n'est pas compatible avec Windows 7 (il me dit qu'il n'est compatible qu'avec 2000/XP et ne se lance pas).

Arf :/ tu as des symptômes encore ?

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (de random/random) et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

  • Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
  • Clique Continue  à l'écran Disclaimer.
  • Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
  • Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt  (qui sera affiché)

ainsi que de info.txt  (qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches)

  • NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit  
  • Veille bien à me poster l'intégralité des rapports, vérifie qu'ils soient complets une fois que tu les as postés.
