Comment supprimer un virus Heur Trojan Generic?

Mon antivirus : Kaspersky internet security 2010.

En allant sur un site quelconque, le virus Heur Trojan Generic a fait irruption.
Après analyse de mon ordinateur, j'ai vu qu'il y avait des chevaux de troie aussi.

Depuis, mon ordi bug. Il est lent, chaque réponse après un clic est beaucoup trop longue à venir...il se deconnecte seul de certain programme.

C un vrai probleme...

Quelqu'un peut il m'aider à supprimer ce virus Heur ainsi que les chevaux de troie?? SVP

J'ai effectué une nouvelle analyse de mon ordinateur, le virus n'apparait pas. Sachant qu'hier j'ai fais une "mauvaise" manipulation en effaçant le rapport de Kaspersky.
