Instalation d avira antivir impossible sous vista 32 [Résolu]

C'est la première fois que tu installes AntiVir sur le PC ?

Oui s'et la premier fois avan j'utilisai avast sur un autre pc mes je le trouvai pas tres fiable
j'ai un peu regardé pour trouver sans pauser un post mes jé pas trouver mon problem donc j'esper que vous pourrez m'aider merci d'avance pour vous reponce

Ok.

Télécharge HijackThis v2.0.2 sur ton Bureau.

Double-clique sur HJTInstall afin de lancer l'installation.

Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept.

Clique sur Do a system scan and save a logfile.

Le Bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier/coller de tout son contenu ici dans ton prochain message.

Par contre je ne sais pas si il y a deja heu un antivirus d'instaler sur cette ordi,
j'esper que sa va aider a trouver le problem a l'instalation de antivir .

Désinstalle Favorit.

Supprime les traces de Norton avec ceci.

Installe AntiVir et mets-le à jour.

Double-clique sur l'icône d'AntiVir (Parapluie) dans la barre des tâches.

Dans AntiVir, choisis Outils puis Configuration.

Coche Mode Expert et coche Rech. Rootkit au dém. de la recherche à droite dans Autres réglages puis valide.

Fais un scan complet, clique sur Tout réparer si AntiVir trouve quelque chose et poste le rapport.

donc la sa marche bien sa s'et instal donc impec j'ai plus qu'à faire un p'tit scan et sa sera bon

--> Si tu estimes que ton problème est résolu, ajoute [Résolu] au titre. Pour cela :

Clique, dans ton premier message, sur le bouton Editer .

Ajoute la mention [Résolu] devant le titre.

Clique ensuite sur Valider votre message.

J'ai bien suivi la procédure (nettoyage total de Norton), mais je n'arrive toujours pas à installer Avira, toujours le même message...
