Probleme outlook/reseau

salut

cela fais quelque temps que je n'arrive plus a envoyé des messages sur outlook, les messages semblent bien quitté ma boite d'envoi mais n'arrive jamais au déstinataires!!
j'ai tout essayé mais je pense a un probleme sur le réseau local de la societé car ma collégue a absolument le meme probleme que moi!!
y'a t'il un moyen de vérifier le réseau

j'ai déja posté ça a la rubrique sécurité - virus , on ma conseiller de le poster ici!!

j'espère que je trouverai une solution!!!

j'ai fais un essai aujourd'hui, j'ai installé outlook sur un autre poste de la société et j'ai essaye re configurer mon compte ainsi que celui de ma collegue! et toujours pas d'envoi! j'exclu alors la probabilité que le probleme viens de outlook lui meme!ou de mon compte personnel!
j'ai aussi configurer mon compte sur outlook express et ça marche bien sauf que mes messages parte avec en objet la phrase "suspected spam"!!!

3eme choses: j'ai configuré outlook chez moi! et ça marche super bien sans aucun probleme!

j'en dédui que le probleme concerne le reseau local de la société un virus bloke peut etre l'envoi a partir d'outlook!!

ou peut être que ta société bloque Outlook, ce qui est probable vu le comportement avec Outlook Express

La plupart des entreprises bloquent les mails qui ne sortent pas pas leur serveurs (et qui sont authentifiés), ce qui est normal et même vivement recommandé

Si c'est ta boite pro, normalement c'est à ton service informatique de configurer ton poste
Au pire, demande au service informatique quels sont les paramètres d'envoi de mail

Par exemple là où je travaille, tu peux toujours essayer de configurer outlook ou n'importe quel autre client de messagerie avec ton adresse@pro, ça ne marchera pas, il faut utiliser les paramètres spécifiés (adresse du serveur/login/password/adresse@pro)
Donc les postes des utilisateurs sont paramétrés par le service informatique

Pour ceux qui sont réfractaire au client officiel, ils ont la possibilité d'installer le client de leur choix, on fourni alors des docs pour les clients les plus répandus (et s'ils nous sortent un client non pris en charge, ils se démerdent )

Mais encore une fois, avant d'installer un soft sur ton poste d'entreprise, demande si tu as le droit de le faire et si oui, quelles sont les règles à appliquer

En l'occurrence dans ton cas, si c'est du SMTP/IMAP (ou pop), il te faut les informations suivantes :
adresse du serveur smtp/le port/le chiffrement à utiliser (s'il y en a)/les paramètres d'authentification (probablement ton login/password)
idem pour la réception IMAP (ou pop)

Si c'est Exchange/GroupWise/Lotus, tu as peu de chance de pouvoir le faire sans aide technique

Edit : j'avai zappé un morceau IMPORTANT de ta réponse -> ça marche chez toi

donc soit c'est bloqué au niveau réseau (peu probable si outlook express fonctionne, à moins qu'il soit pré configuré), soit c'est bloqué au niveau système (essaye thunderbird)

la c'est un peu compliké!
il s'agit d'une societé tres peu devlopé! et notre organisation informatique est tres archaique!! en plus ce probleme est survenu dérnierement et je ne me rappel pas que nous avons fait des changeemnt d'installation!
mais avant tout été nikel!!
j'ai vérifier les paramettres (pop;smtp) de mon compte est c'est correct!
