J'ai pas lu le rapport, mais un truc tout con que tu peux essayer: une fois que tu as ouvert ta session, tu fais ctrl+alt+suppr, tu cliques sur Fichier => Nouvelle tâche (Exécuter) => Y'aura un champ "ouvrir", tu tapes "explorer" et tu appuies sur ok.
Et puis édite ton titre, les majuscules c'est assimilé à crier sur un forum.
