Project1 erreur 75 au demarrage

Bonjour,
depuis quelques temps à chaque démarrage de mon pc une fenêtre s'ouvre avec comme titre "project1" et écrit en dessous "erreur d'exécution 75 erreur dans le chemin d'accès"!

j'ajoute que depuis que j'ai cette fenêtre mon pc semble un peu ralenti surtout a l'allumage.

de plus j'ai remarqué que cette fenêtre n'apparait pas lorsque je désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs!

est ce que quelqu'un pourrais m'aider s'il vous plait! merci.
