Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps, mon pc charge pendant quelques secondes (led allumée et freeze durant ce chargement) en consultant des pages internet, en jouant sur un MMORPG (Wow) mais aussi sans aucun programme ouvert. Ce chargement est récurrent.
En plus de cela, de temps à autre, j'ai les paramètres de mon modem qui reset, en l'occurence: l'identifiant de connexion et le mot de passe de connexion.
J'ai passé un scan Nod32, Malwarebytes', Regcure, Trojan remover (wgalogon trouvé) mais rien à faire. Toujours le même problème.
Que dois-je faire svp? Merci

Hello,

Je suis actuellement en formation.
Il y aura peut-être un certain délai entre mes réponses car celles ci doivent être validées avant d'être postées.

Ce chargement est récurrent, c'est a dire quelle chargement ?

Tu peux toujours commencer par utiliser l'outil DDS (qui est un outil d'analyse)

Télécharge DDS de sUBs sur ton bureau.

L'outil ne nécessite pas d'installation.

Lance-le en cliquant sur l'icône dds.scr

Cette fenêtre DOS va apparaitre

Le scan ne doit pas dépasser trois minutes.
Un premier rapport va s'ouvrir que tu enregistreras sous DDS.txt par défaut sur le bureau.
Il te sera demandé si tu veux faire le scan optionnel.
Accepte par Oui
Un nouveau rapport s'ouvre que tu enregistres sous Attach.txt sur le bureau.
Tu ne le fourniras que si nécessaire.
Poste le rapport DDS.txt

Ce que j'ai voulu dire par chargement en fait c'est comme si le disque dur cherchait quelque chose. Il réfléchit pendant 5à 10 secondes, et pendant ce laps de temps, j'ai un petit freeze des applications. Ce "chargement' arrive quasiment toutes les 3 à 5 min environs.

Ton log nous semble clean, pas d'infection

Il y a combien de temps que tu as le problème ?
