Impossible d'aller sur google et freeze de l'ordi

Bonjour j'ai un problème avec mon ordi portable,
Toshiba tecra A4 Win XP 32 bit
Je peux naviguer partout sauf sur google et parfois (souvent même) mon ordinateur se freeze et je suis obligé de l'éteindre a la barbare.
Auriez vous une idée s'il vous plait.
