Résolu Trojan Win32 fasec

Bonjour,
Avast a détécté la présence du trojan win32 fasec sur mon ordinateur portable sous vista. Impossible de le mettre en quarantaine ou le supprimer. Il est toujours présent à chaque démarrage de l'ordinateur. La pare feu de windows apparait désactivé et problème aussi avec windows défender. Difficile de se connecter à internet et quand c'est possible, soit IE se bloque ou plusieurs pages indésirables s'ouvrent. Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider pour remédier ou supprimer se trojan. Merci

Bonjour,

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (de random/random) et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

  • Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
  • Clique Continue  à l'écran Disclaimer.
  • Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
  • Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt  (qui sera affiché)
    ainsi que de info.txt  (qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches)
  • NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit  
  • Veille bien à me poster l'intégralité des rapports, vérifie qu'ils soient complets une fois que tu les as postés.

  • Le scan fini, le Bloc-notes contenant le rapport sera affiché, poste le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
  • Si le résultat du scan ne s'affiche pas, tu le trouveras dans C:\fixnavi.txt

    N'utilise pas l'option 2, 3 et 4 sans notre accord, des fichiers légitimes peuvent être inclus dans ce scan.

  • Choisis ta session.

  • A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :

    Si tu ne peux pas télécharger le programme, tu peux utiliser un autre PC pour le télécharger puis le transférer avec une clé USB sur le PC infecté.

  • Télécharge ComboFix ([#ff0000]sUBs[/#f]) sur ton Bureau.
  • Double-clique sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.
  • Il va te demander d'installer la console de récupération : accepte.
  • Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\Combofix.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.

    Si tu ne peux pas télécharger le programme, tu peux utiliser un autre PC pour le télécharger puis le transférer avec une clé USB sur le PC infecté.

  • Télécharge UsbFix sur ton Bureau.
  • Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut.
  • Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, carte SD, etc...) sans les ouvrir.
  • Clique droit sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
  • Choisis l'option 1 (Nettoyage).
  • Le PC va redémarrer.
  • Après redémarrage, poste le rapport UsbFix.txt

    Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque.

    (Si le Bureau ne réapparaît pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr, onglet "Fichier", "Nouvelle tâche", tape explorer.exe et valide)

    L'ordi a réussi à détecter de nouveau le disque dur externe.

  • Supprime les traces d'AVG avec ceci.

  • Installe Antivir et mets-le à jour.
  • Double-clique sur l'icône d'Antivir (Parapluie) dans la barre des tâches.
  • Dans Antivir, choisis Outils puis Configuration.
  • Coche Mode Expert et coche Rech. Rootkit au dém. de la recherche à droite dans Autres réglages.
  • Fais un scan complet et poste le rapport.

    Est ce que mon ordi est toujours infecté.
    J'ai actuellement un message d'alerte de sécurité windows qui me dit que le pare feu est inactif et que le contrôle de compte d'utilisateur est desactivé.
    Peux tu me répondre sur l'avancement de la résolution de mon problème de trojan.

  • Désinstalle HijackThis.

  • Télécharge OTCleanIt sur ton Bureau :
  • Clique droit sur OTCleanIt et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
  • Clique sur CleanUp! puis clique sur Yes à la fenêtre Confirm.
  • Redémarre ton PC comme demandé.

  • Télécharge et installe CCleaner Slim.
  • Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc....
  • Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage.
  • Ensuite, choisis Registre, puis Chercher des erreurs. Une fois terminé, répare toutes les erreurs (Sauvegarde la base de registre).

  • Il est nécessaire de désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système pour la purger.

  • Je te conseille de créer un point de restauration que tu pourras utiliser plus tard si tu as un problème.


    ==Prévention==

    Conserve MBAM. Il te servira à scanner les fichiers douteux en complément de l'antivirus et scanne le disque dur régulièrement.

    Comme navigateur, utilise plutôt Mozilla Firefox qu'Internet Explorer. Tu peux utiliser l'extension NoScript pour plus de sécurité.

    Tu peux aussi modifier le fichier Hosts pour améliorer la sécurité de ton PC : Lien

    Si tu estimes que ton problème est résolu :

    ---> Ajoute maintenant [Résolu] au titre. Pour cela :
  • Clique, dans ton premier message, sur le bouton Editer .
  • Rajoute la mention [Résolu] devant le titre.
  • Clique ensuite sur Valider votre message.


    Sois plus vigilant(e) sur Internet ;)

    Avast a détécté la présence du trojan win32 fasec sur mon ordinateur portable sous vista. Impossible de le mettre en quarantaine ou le supprimer.     pour cela change l heure et la date de ton pc dans ton bios profile anterrieur
    ainsi tu pourras éradiquer car il fonctionne avec l horloge interne
