Virus messenger, "clean"

Hier, j'ai reçu un lien photo d'un de mes contacts,j'ai bien sur cliqué, mais je me suis aperçue que c'était un virus, j'ai réinstallé messenger, mais ça ne marche pas, j'ai télécharger "clean messenger" car j'ai vu sur des forums qu'il fallait faire ça, j'attend le rapport, mais ensuite que dois-je faire? je suis perdue, merci de m'aider, car jétudie à l'étranger et c'est le moyen que j'utilise pour communiquer avec ma famille!

• Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton Bureau.
• Décompresse-le (Clic droit >> Extraire).
• Double-clique sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
• Exécute l'option R.

Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage.

Note : Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur.

• Le rapport sera enregistré dans C:\Windows\ sous le nom de MSNFix.txt, poste-le.

• Désinstalle HijackThis.

• Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.
• Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
• Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
• Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
• Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
• Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
• Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

• Télécharge et installe CCleaner Slim.
• Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc....
• Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage.
• Ensuite, choisis Registre, puis Chercher des erreurs. Une fois terminé, répare toutes les erreurs (Sauvegarde la base de registre).

• Il est nécessaire de désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système pour la purger.

• Je te conseille de créer un point de restauration que tu pourras utiliser plus tard si tu as un problème.

==Prévention==

Je te conseille de remplacer Avast par Antivir.

Conserve MBAM. Il te servira à scanner les fichiers douteux en complément de l'antivirus et scanne le disque dur régulièrement.

Comme navigateur, utilise plutôt Mozilla Firefox qu'Internet Explorer. Tu peux utiliser l'extension NoScript pour plus de sécurité.

Vérifie que les mises à jour automatiques sont bien activées (Menu Démarrer, clique droit sur Poste de travail, onglet Mises à jour automatiques).
