Ralentissement general

bonjour a tous,
J'observe depuis quelques temps un ralentissement general de mon portable fonctionant sous vista. J'ai fait le maximum de clair avec C Cleaner mais j'ai toujours une UC utilisée entre 60 et 100% meme si toutes les applications sont fermées sur le bureau.
Pouvez vous m'indiquer tout ce qui n'est pas utilie et qui figure dans le rapport HJT joint.
