c'est un pc de marque?

la webcam est-elle intégrée au pc? si oui, alors elle est probablement livrée avec un programme dédié qui se lance quand tu démarre la webcam, d'où probablement un conflit entre ce programme en question et Messenger.
il faut vérifier la liste des programmes que tu as, s'il n'y a pas un qui concerne la webcam.

tu le lances, tu cliques sur "do a system scan and save logfile"

ensuite, tu copies le contenu du rapport qui apparaitra, et tu colles dans ton prochain message. après tu fermes hijackthis sans rien faire d'autre.

A good thing to do after version updates is clear your Ignore list and re-add them, as the format of detected items sometimes changes.

j ai relancer mais cela s arrete et marque que ca ne peut aller plus loin car le systeme ne sait pas acceder a hots file,tous ce qui aparait apres il ya une case a griser donc impossible a copier

tu as quel windows? vista ? ou seven?
vas sur le bureau et fais un clic-droit sur l'icone d'Hijackthis. Dans le menu, choisis "propriétés" et vas dans l'onglet Compatibilité. Dedans, choisis la comptatibilité Windows XP Sp2
ensuite valides.
relances le programme, ça devrait marcher cette fois. Cliques sur
"do a system scan and save log file" Si cette phrase n'apparait pas, cliques sur Main Menu, ça devrait apparaitre..après le "scan and save log file", ça devrait afficher un rapport dans le bloc-note, c'est ça qu'il faut copier et coller ici.

moi Windows 7et dans comptabilité e passe en Windows 7 et relancer mais toujours la même réponse

je viens de te dire de passer la compatibilité à Windows xp sp2 et de valider.

ok, voilà le constat:

ton pc est un Acer. et sa webcam intégrée utilise le programme appellé "Crystal Eye Webcam". Son processus s'appelle PLFSetl.exe dans le gestionnaire des tâches.

cherches ce programme dans ta liste de programme. tiens-moi au courant si tu le trouves.

Si tu ne le trouves pas dans la liste, alors, lances le programme "msconfig" et décoches-le dans la liste de démarrage.

voila, j ai trouve dans le gestionnaire:

PLFSetI.exe *32 et il y en a 3 lignes comme ca avec marque en bout  efaultSetti....

je pense que c est ca sinon il n y a rien d autre

Ok, avant tout, il faut vérifier dans le gestionnaire de démarrage.
Pour lancer le gestionnaire de démarrage, fais démarrer>>écrit "exécuter" dans la barre de recherche, ensuite lances le programme "Exécuter", une fenêtre s'ouvre. Tapes MSCONFIG dedans et valides.

le gestionnaire de démarrage s'ouvre. Cliques sur l'onglet marqué "Démarrage" (je dis bien l'onglet Démarrage, pas l'onglet Démarrer)
Dans l'onglet Démarrage, cherches et décoches crystal Eye webcam ou autre qui aurait un rapport avec webcam. Sinon, cherches PLFSetI dans cette liste.
Dis-moi si tu trouves.

Si tu trouves, alors décoches-le et cliques sur Appliquer et sur OK ensuite redémarres ton pc et tentes ta webcam sur msn.

Si tu ne trouves pas, reviens ici.

Quand tu reviens sur le bureau et que, dans le gestionnaire des tâches tu arrêtes le processus "PLFSetl.exe", as-tu la reprise en main de la webcam?

non la seule fois ou je peux acceder a la web c est quand je formate le pc ca remarche 1 journee et apres c est de nouveau bloque,de toute facon si ca marche c est pas grave on arrive a me joindre mais pas l inverse
