Probleme Virus "packed generic 200" [Résolu]

quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider svp ??

non j'ai pas l'emplacement exact.

Le nom du virus est exactement : Packed.Generic.200

Ce programme est détecté par Norton et supprimé à chaque démarrage.

Les changements que j'ai constater, c'est qu'il y a des publicités intempesstives qui s'ouvrent sans arrêts.

J'ai télécharger un Anti-spyware Terminator (Ad aware ou avg antispyware ne voulait pas faire de mise à jours) et fait une analyse mais le probleme perssiste.

le lien ne fonctionne pas

La mise à jour ne veut pas se faire. Je rencontre le même problème avec ad aware et avg.. Le pare feu est pourtant désactivé.

/!\ Désactive tes protections résidentes (Antivirus, etc...) /!\

• Télécharge ComboFix (sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
• Clique droit sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
• Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\Combofix.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.

Le rootkit a été trouvé et supprimé. Le message d'erreur que tu as eu avec MBAM par exemple ne devrait plus apparaître. Fais un essai

Si tu ne te sers pas d'Everest Poker, désinstalle-le.

• Désinstalle pdfforge Toolbar.
• Mets à jour Adobe Reader.

• Fais un scan complet avec ton antivirus.

• Désinstalle HijackThis.
• Menu Démarrer (Rond bleu) > Tape Exécuter dans la barre Rechercher et valide.
• Dans la fenêtre Exécuter, tape combofix /u et valide.

• Télécharge OTCleanIt sur ton Bureau :
• Clique droit sur OTCleanIt et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
• Clique sur CleanUp! puis clique sur Yes à la fenêtre Confirm.
• Redémarre ton PC comme demandé.

• Télécharge et installe CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) :
• Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc....
• Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage.
• Ensuite, choisis Registre, puis Chercher des erreurs. Une fois terminé, répare toutes les erreurs (Sauvegarde la base de registre).

• Il est nécessaire de désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système pour la purger.

• Je te conseille de créer un point de restauration que tu pourras utiliser plus tard si tu as un problème.

==Prévention==

Conserve MBAM. Il te servira à scanner les fichiers douteux en complément de l'antivirus et scanne le disque dur régulièrement.

Comme navigateur, utilise plutôt Mozilla Firefox qu'Internet Explorer. Tu peux utiliser l'extension NoScript pour plus de sécurité.

Sois plus vigilant sur Internet

Firefox est plus sécurisé.

Aucun antivirus n'est infaillible même s'il coûte 60€, même s'il est utilisé dans les entreprises.
