Double-clique dessus, une fenêtre va s'ouvrir, il te faudra patienter.

Poste le rapport qui s'ouvre.

Note : Il se trouve ici : %SystemDrive%\Rooter.txt (%SystemDrive% étant la partition où est installée Windows; C:\ en général)

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.

Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.
Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées :

Fais redémarrer ton ordinateur en mode sans échec
- Au démarrage, après le chargement du bios, appuie successivement sur la touche F8 (ou F5) de ton clavier jusqu'à l'apparition d'un menu sur fond noir. Une fois arrivé à ce stade, sélectionne à l'aide du clavier Mode sans Echec.
-- Dans ce mode, tu n'as pas accès à Internet, et tu te retrouves avec une configuration visuelle différente (pas de fond d'écran, icônes très grosses). Ne sois donc pas étonné.
--- C'est pour ces différentes raisons que je t'invite à imprimer, noter, ou enregistrer dans un document texte les informations suivantes afin de ne pas être perdu.
---- ! Ne fais pas démarrer ton ordinateur en mode sans échec via MSConfig ! Pourquoi ? Certaines infections cassent les clefs du mode sans échec, ce qui ferait crasher ton ordinateur.

Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".

Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".

Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :

~ Si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
~~ Si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.
~~~~ Fais redémarrer ton ordinateur normalement et poste le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

REMARQUE : Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.[/#f]

Bon concernant le screenshot, ça sert à rien ... parce que rien de spécial ne s'affiche lors de mon problème : en fait, c'est une sorte de bande annonce sonore publicitaire qui surgit dans les haut parleurs du PC sans rien afficher à l'écran. La seule chose que j'ai détectée, c'est que le processus iexplore.exe est activé dans la liste des processus alors que je ne l'ai pas demandé et que le navigateur IE n'est même pas actif. J'espère que tu me comprends !

Donc je vais faire ce que tu m'as demandé et te réponds plus tard.

ps : As tu constaté quelque chose dans le rapport Hijackthis ? Si oui, quoi ? Je ne sais pas interpréter ce type de rapport.

à part des restes de norton, hijackthis m'a semblé clean...  
On verra avec l'analyse MBAM, puis on avisera...

Mais je ne suis pas plus avancé...
On va continuer de chercher:

Télécharge DDS et sauvegarde-le sur ton bureau.

Désactive tout script bloquant, tel q'un antivirus, un logiciel comme ad-block, noscript etc.

Double-clique sur dds.scr pour lancer l'outil.

Une fois le scan fini, un document texte, DDS.txt, va s'ouvrir .

Clique Oui à la prochaine invite Optional Scan.

Sauvegarde les deux rapports sur ton bureau et poste-moi uniquement le DDS.txt.

Télécharge Catchme ([#ff0000]Gmer[/#f]) sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur catchme.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.

Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, poste le rapport catchme.log dans ta prochaine réponse. (Ce rapport est sur ton bureau.)

Aide : Comment faire un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky .

Ok les fichiers en question sont supprimés.
Pour Kaperski en ligne, j'ai un message d'erreur qui me dit que l'application n'est pas complètement installée (certains composants n'ont pu être installés ...), j'ai pourtant accepté le contrôle Activex.

Je ne sais pas comment te décrire le message, ce sont deux annonces sonores en anglais pour des sites de ventes par correspondance de matériels multimedia (pour ce que j'arrive à comprendre). En fait ce problème a commencé il y a 2 / 3 mois quand le jeu Gear of War II est sorti. La bande annonce (que le son) de ce jeu était jouée par le PC de manière intempestive, puis sont venues deux nouvelles pubs. Voilà, je ne peux pas en dire plus, étant donné qu'à part le son je ne vois rien d'autre apparaître à ce moment.

ton problème est vraiment curieux... je n'ai encore jamais vu ça.
On va rechercher sur les fichiers anciens..

Télécharge SystemScan de la team SuspectFile

double-clique dessus (Ignore les alertes de ton antivirus s'il y en a.)

Clique sur Unselect all

modifie uniquement cette case
-Recent Files, days old 120 days
et
coche:-hidden objects

Puis clique sur scan now, soit patient.

Une fois qu'il aura terminé, un rapport va s'ouvrir. Poste-le en entier.

Je te remercie pour ton aide, mais cette histoire a fini de planter le PC. J'ai eu un message au démarrage me signalant une erreur de chargement d'un processus et là, plantage et re plantage ! Bilan, j'ai restoré le système à partir de la partition de sauvegarde.
Désolé, car j'aurais vraiment aimé comprendre le problème, je n'aime pas resté sur quelque chose d'inexpliqué mais le PC en a décidé autrement.

Oui ça date de Décembre environ. Je te disais que lorsque cette bande sonore se manifestait, je constatait l'activation du processus iexplore (mais rien à l'écran). Ben dernièrement, ce processus ne s'activait plus systématiquement avec le problème. Je reconnaît c'est pas évident à expliquer. Mais si ça revient je te préviens ! Merci encore pour le temps que tu m'as accordé.

Je connais précisément la cause de ce problème pour y avoir indirectement contribué et je m'en excuse. En novembre dernier, je me suis inscrit sur un site de freelance comme développeur indépendant et un client m'a demandé de développer un AdWare qui naviguerait vers une page choisie par lui de façon invisible.

En général je n'aime pas ce genre de poison mais il payait bien et puis les gens peuvent très bien garder leur pc propre en ne téléchargeant pas n'importe quoi.

En effet, l'installateur de l'Adware devait s'appeler "Crack.exe", le but était donc clairement de le diffuser sur les sites de warez en le faisant passer pour un crack de logiciel payant. D'où ma relative bonne conscience : les gens qui payent leur logiciels et qui s'interdisent de pirater, ne seront pas infectés. Si tu te souviens d'avoir téléchargé un tel fichier entre novembre et l'apparition du problème, tu as l'explication sur comment c'est rentré.

L'installateur devait lancer un service que j'ai baptisé BtAssSvc, lequel devait lancer iexplore toutes les 4 minutes et naviger vers une page choisie, puis faire une pause de dix secondes et recommencer. Cette page contenait des iframes de publicité qui étaient actualisées toutes les dix secondes. il suffit donc que l'un des annonceurs ait mis de la musique ou de la voix dans sa pub pour que tu l'entende même si le navigateur est caché.

si tu regarde mieux les logs que tu as posté, on voit que tu avais bien le processus BTASSSVC aussi référencé comme service "Bluetooth Assistant". Il aurait suffit de désactiver ce service pour être tranquille.

Comme j'ai bien fait mon boulot, le programme était très propre et ne provoquait aucune perte de données ni autres dégats. Il utilisait juste un peu de mémoire et de bande passante internet. C'est en raison de cette non agressivité, que pratiquement aucun antivirus ne le détecte.

En tout cas, je peut garantir qu'il faisait bien moins de dégats que les logiciels de désinfection que tu as utilisé sur les conseils de soi-disant experts en sécurité... Si la sécurité informatique consistait juste à lancer des logiciels tout prêts les uns après les autres, tout le monde serait expert...

Tu as finalement fait le bon choix de faire cette restauration, pour d'autres types de menaces, c'est même le truc à faire en premier car même si ça prend une heure, c'est bien plus rapide que le temps que tu as passé à t'arracher les cheveux...

Cette anectode illustre bien la faiblesse des outils censés nous protéger et auxquels la majorité accorde une confiance inapropriée. Le merucurochrome ne protège pas du sida et les scanneurs de virus ne protègent pas des virus. La vraie protection, c'est la prudence, l'intelligence et l'esprit critique.
