Ma web cam philips ne marche plus !

bonjour a tous et a toute
j'ai une web cam philips sur mon ordinateur XP qui a toujour marcher très bien , enfin , jusqu'à je remette mon ordinateur a zéro , quand je les installer a la fin de l'installation j'ai eu un message en anglais de document Viewer qui disais , je croi qu'il falai installer un pack .
j'ai cliquer sur OK et sa ma mi qu'ils trouver pas le patch (je croi)
sa ma mi : the patch machin (je mes pas le nom ses trop long) cannot be fond .Verify that you access to this location and try again , or try to find the installation package
'DocumentViwer.msi' in a folder from whitch you can install the product DocumentViwer.
Voila ! et j'ai déjà essayer de réinstaller ma cam mais sa ne marche toujours pas, aider moi svp
