Installation norton internet security 2009

Bonjour à tous , voila j'ai un gros probleme , il m'est impossible d'installer norton internet security 2009 ,j'ai à chaque fois un message me disant "L'installation n'est pas terminé ,un nettoyage a été effectué sur votre ordinateur ,pour terminer l'installation. Cliquez sur redemarrer maintenant et essayez de nouveau le (recommandé) , donc je redemarrer le pc pour finir l'installation et rien ne se passe , j'ai le fichier d'installation mais il m'est impossible d'installé le programme sur mon ordinateur , comment faire ?
