bonjour ca fait 15 mois que t' as posé ta question, est ce que t'as pu résoudre le probleme du message "erreur 162" de la chaine hi-fi jcv ux-s59 moi aussi j'ai le même problème et en plus j'ai perdu la télécommande!!! merci de me répondre

voici la procédure à suivre (je l'ai déjà utilisée avec succès et vais devoir recommencer car ma mère croyais qu'il fallait insérer les CD comme dans un mange disque...) :

To my knowledge, error code '162' on most JVC units indicates a mechanical problem particularly with the CD mechanism.

Possible reasons the CD disc will not eject are:

load/eject mechanism faulty which may be a loose or fault belt, worm gear, tray mechanism;
lock mechanism will not release disc;
an erring disc is locked in the play mechanism (most likely).

Initially, what could be tried:

power off and unplug the JVC for an extended period of time;
press and hold the eject button while plugging the unit back in; or
tap/knock on the trays or loading/eject area while pressing on the eject button 3 times (eject, load, eject);
using a pair of tweezers, carefully pullout all the trays to ensure that no disc(s) are inside;
manually load but gently (push) all trays;
turn the JVC upside down;
tap on the bottom;
the idea is to dislodged any erring disc left in the play mechanism but not in the tray.

If the above is not corrective, then:

carefully open the unit (make sure it is unplugged);
manually work the mechanism to eject the disc trays;
inspect any obvious faults such as broken belt, missing gear teeth, warped/dislocated guide rails.
