Bonjour,

Voici depuis quelques semaines j'ai attrapé un sale truc qui est invisible mais qui m'empêche d'effectuer les mises à jour de sécurité, je tourne avec XP pro SP3, avast (version gratuite) et spybot3. Au départ les mises à jour automatiques m'indiquaient qu'elles n'avaient pas pu être effectuées j'ai cru à un problème sur le logiciel et ai désinstallé puis réinstallé Avast et spybot mais cela a persisté, impossible de mettre quoique ce soit à jour, j'ai installé Antivir et ad-aware , Idem Le seul que j'ai pu installé et qui faisait des mises à jour c'est spysweeper de webroot en version d'évaluation, mais lui il ne trouvait rien d'anormal dans les scans, il m'est également impossible d'accèder au téléchargement de sécurité de microsoft . D'autre part j'ai voulu redemarrer en mode sans echec afin d'essayer de passer un logiciel de nettoyage, mais mon PC refuse de démarrer en mode sans echec.
Est- ce que quelqu'un a déja eu un problème similaire ? je n'ai rien vu de semblable sur les forums sur lesquel je suis aller voir. J'aimerais bien éviter de formater, mon Windows a une license légale mais ne peut être installé qu'une seule fois. Merci.

Télécharge puis installe Hijackthis (Trend Micro)
Poste ensuite un rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Apparemment ok.

  • Télécharge Catchme (Gmer) sur ton Bureau.
  • Double clique sur catchme.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.
  • Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, poste le rapport catchme.log dans ta prochaine réponse.

impossible d'accèder à gmer, j'ai essayé d'obtenir catchme par d'autres liens c'est pareil.

On va essayer autre chose.

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.
Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.

Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées, redémarre en mode sans échec.
AIDE : Redémarrer en mode sans échec

  • Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".
  • Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".
  • Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :

-- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
-- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.
REMARQUE : Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.

Hello,

J'ai pu télécharger MalwareBytes,mais comme je l'avais expliqué dans ma tirade du début, je ne peux plus redemarrer en "mode sans échec", j'ai l'invite de commande après F12 puis lorsque je sélctionne MSE, j'ai un écran noir environ 2mn puis il reboote en mode normal.

malwarebytes, Avast peut à nouveau se connecter au serveur.

Il doit y avoir des restes.

! Désactive tes protections résidentes (antivirus, Spybot-S&D, etc.) !

  • Télécharge ComboFix (sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
  • Double clique sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.
  • Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\combofix.txt*) dans ta prochaine réponse.

On va essayer autre chose alors.

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire sur le Bureau.

Redémarre en mode sans échec

  • Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé à la racine de ton dique dur (C:) et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
  • Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
  • Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
  • Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
  • Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
  • Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
  • Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
  • Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
  • Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis.

Hello,
Je ne peux pas accèder à SDfix par le lien que tu m'a donné, j'ai pu l'obtenir par un autre lien. Cependant après avoir lancé runthis, il n'y a pas d'invite de commande pour l'exècuter + (to run reboot to safe mode) et je ne peux malheureusement toujours pas redemarrer en MSE

Il semblerait que cela va bien depuis le passage de combofix, j'ai pu faire toute les mises à jour et je rdemarrer en mode sans échec.

Re,

Désinstalle correctement Avast! pour le remplacer par AntiVir.
Pourquoi changer ? Avast! vs AntiVir

Fais un scan complet puis poste le rapport en fin d'analyse.
