bonsoir,
quelques plantages non expliqués au démarrage, le scan antivir qui plante systématiquement à 98 %; j'ai donc effectué un scan online Kaspersky qui m'a trouvé ce fameux "hoax.win32.renos.etc ".

Je ne peux pas te répondre pour les problèmes de plantage.
Voyons ce que donne un scan en ligne :
Fais une analyse antivirus en ligne sur Kaspersky avec Internet Explorer.
Autorise les Active x.
Clique sur Démarrer Online Scanner.
Sélectionne le poste de travail comme analyse. Enregistres sous le rapport en format .txt.
Colle son rapport ici.
Poste un nouveau rapport Hijackthis.
Aide : Comment faire un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky .

bonsoir, je comprends votre remarque pour le "au hasard", mais le problème semblait avoir été résolu sur un autre site par le programme concerné. Manifestement, il n'en va pas de même ici. Exemple, je viens de faire un scan en ligne Panda qui me trouve une dizaine de fichiers infectés mais qui ne permet d'en supprimer que 2 (pour 5 autres il faudrait la version payante, et 3 ont été envoyés pour analyse...)
2 remarques :
kaspersky online scanner 7.0 fonctionne maintenant sous Firefox (mon navigateur), et il n'y a pas d'option scanner le poste de travail, j'ai lancé le scan du "computer".
C'est quoi un "idnaute" par rapport à un "helper". En clair qu'est-ce qui différencie FanDANGELDARK de ANGELDARK à qui j'ai déjà eu recours ?

je pense qu'il s'agit d'un problème de disque dur; il a refusé de se lancer ce matin, et j'ai apporté l'UC chez mon fournisseur informatique pour qu'il teste ce qu'il en est. De toute façon, je ne pouvais faire autrement vu que Windows refusait de se lancer... Là je suis sur mon 2ème PC...
