ton disque dur est surement formaté en NTFS (verifie : clic droit - propriete -"systeme de fichier")

pour qu il soit reconnu, il devrait etre en FAT. (tu peux le re-formater de cette maniere, mais sauvegarde bien tes données sur un autre support avant.)

First of all, the reply editor here is freaking useless. Somebody forgot to configure this forum properly! :)  One Way to Recover from your StoreJet Secret-zip hang problem : I am using a StoreJet 25 500Gb. App version 3.0.3.5. Try the following (At your own risk, at least backup your StoreJet Personal Data folder first) : (1) Open the storejetdrive\SJelite3Settings\computerIndependant.ini file with NotePad.exe. (2) Find the "encryption=1" parameter, change it to "encryption=0". Save the file and close it. This turns off the encryption, which should allow you to get to the Secret-zip Setup Menu on the StoreJet App without it hanging or crashing. (3) Next open StoreJet App from the storejet drive, go to Secret-Zip Setup Menu (it should no longer hang), re-enable "Password Protect My Data", USE THE SAME PASSWORD as your previous. (4) The app will re-Encrypt all the files in your Personal Data folder. It should skip those files already encrypted (with file extension ENC). LET IT FINISH encrypting. Mine encountered a file/folder that it cannot encrypt, I had to Delete that offending folder because File Properties wont allow me to change its HIDDEN status. I restarted step (4) again to encrypt the files. This time it FINISHED properly. (5) After this step I have managed to decrypt and use Secret-zip normally again to recover the files.
