Depuis un bon mois désormais, j'ai des fenêtres de norton qui s'ouvrent pour me dire qu'il a detecté un "trojan horse" dans le fichier "hmunml~" en général dans "local settings / temp/" et qu'il a mis le fichier en quarantaine. Le problème c'est que cette fenetre revient quasiment tous les jours...
J'ai essayé plusieurs antivirus après avoir lu des forums: dr web, malwarebytes, superanti-malware, etc. en mode normal et en mode sans échec mais sans résultat. Je viens de faire un hijackthis que j'ai renommé "ackthis". voici le rapport.

Bonjour ,
Franchement , norton qui est même payant ne reste pas un super antivirus.
Avast , qui est un anti virus gratuit reste plus puissant que norton .
Désinstalle norton antivirus pour installer avast .
Ensuite fais une analyse antivirus avec avast et il te supprimera le trojan horse sans problèmes .

Je vais suivre tes instructions Idriss. en attendant j'ai fait un scan complet en mode sans échec avec malwarebytes' anti-malware et il m'a détecté une infection dans le fichier "spoolsv.exe". Je l'ai supprimé mais ça me parait bizarre, car il semble que spoolsv est un processus normalement qui aide à imprimer non?

C'est une infection, pas à l'emplacement du fichier normal. Tu peux supprimer.

J'ai supprimé le fichier, desinstallé Norton et installé Avast et pour l'instant le problème n'est pas réapparu.
Il me semble que le problème est résolu !
