virus avec rapport hijackthis

bonjour a tous et me revoila ''encore un fois de plus" je sais pas comment je fait pour infecter mon ordinateur ... alors je suis envahi de pub intempestive a longueur de temps peu etre est-ce un virus?
mon antivirus avira me signal des infections alors pouvez vous m'aider a soigner mon ordinateur sil vous plait ?
