infection AAVsetup sous VISTA

Bonjour à tous,

Depuis quelques jours je suis infesté par ce qui semble être un virus de AdvancedAntivirus 2008. Des fenêtres me disant que je suis contaminé s'ouvrent toutes les 2 minutes et m'invitent à télécharger divers trucs (AAVsetup.exe ...).
J'ai essayer de m'en débarasser avec SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) comme décrit ailleurs sur ce forum mais sans succès avec windows VISTA.

Mes questions sont les suivantes:

1) Comment faire pour me débarrassé de cette abominable contamination?
2) Suis-je assez protégé avec avast et windows defender?

Hi haaaaaa, merci bien, ça à l'air d'avoir fonctionner, pas de soucis depuis. Il m'a trouvé 7 trojan qu'il a supprimé, nickel, merci encore pour votre aide et votre rapidité, merci merci merci...

A quoi cela sert-il? Je ne suis plus infecté si?
Je m'en vais chercher de meilleurs antivirus puisque apparement avast et window defender ne sont pas très fort.
