problème de lag en permanence toute les 5secondes

bonjour,
je vous demande de l'aide cela fait maintenant 3jours que je m'arrache les cheveux car mon probleme de lag et de monter de l 'uc en flèches persiste j'ai pourtant tout fait je n'arrive pas a comprendre,

voila je sais c 'est long peut on m'aider avec ca ??

2giga de ram
250hdd
xp.
8800gt nvdia

a savoir une vision d'une video me fait monter l uc a 100 %
un bete jeux pareille
ce problème etait d'actualiter même avec ma carte graphique anterieur.
lag et monter de l'uc toute les 5secondes apres c'est fluide durant 3 secondes et toujour pareille merci de votre aide je desespere
