au secour probleme de virus

Bonjour;

Mon ordinateur rame. J'ai des fenêtres de pubs qui s'ouvrent sans arrêt. Je possède l'antivirus d'orange qui ne décele rien d'anormal. J'ai essayé de faire des analyses de mon ordinateur par d'autres antivirus (bitdefender) mais impossible d'en réaliser. J'ai réussi à faire un rapport avec hijackthis ci-dessous.

Je vous remercie d'avance pour votre aide.

Par contre, je ne suis pas souvent là mais je répondrai tous les jours si possible.
