Télécharge ComboFix ([#ff0000]sUBs[/#f]) sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.

Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\combofix.txt*) dans ta prochaine réponse.

On va faire autrement pour l'instant.

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.
Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.

Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées, redémarre en mode sans échec.
AIDE : Redémarrer en mode sans échec

Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".

Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".

Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :
-- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
-- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.

[#ff0000]Désactive tes protections résidentes (antivirus, Spybot-S&D, etc.) ![/#f]

Télécharge ComboFix ([#ff0000]sUBs[/#f]) sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.

Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\combofix.txt*) dans ta prochaine réponse.

Supprime ce fichier :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\bpydmbdt.dll

je ne trouve pas le fichier "bpydmbdt.dll" et quand je le recherche, le seul fichier que j'ai trouvé s'appel "totobpydmbdt.dllttt" je le supprime?
et lorsque je veux supprimer "rhcl73j0er73" ça me met :
"erreur lors de la suppression du fichier ou du dossier.
Impossible de supprimerMFC71.dll: Accès refusé!

j'ai étédans outil et c'est déjà coché "afficher les dossiers et fichiers chachés"
donc je pense que oui . c'est bien ça?

Désinstalle correctement Avast! pour le remplacer par AntiVir.
Pourquoi changer ? Avast! vs AntiVir

ah ui aussi au fèt ! désolé de te déranger encor! ^^
sur mon fond d'écran il y a un message que je ne peux pas modifier..
en disant en anlais : "attention , spyware à détesté un virus sur mon ordinateur et que je dois installer un antivirus pour le nettoyer". ça ça y est depuis le jour ou j'ai eu le virus!
et maintenant je ne peux plus mettre d'image en fond d'écran.
comment dois-je faire pour l'enlever ?
