Bonjour !
Voici mon pb :
sur le bureau : fond blanc et fenêtre "Windows Warning Message" :??: m'indiquant que j'ai 2 spywares sur mon pc :Win32/Adware. Virtumonde et Win32/PrivacyRemover.M64 et m'invitant à installer un antivirus et spyware remover

J'ai donc essayé de recup les dernières MAJ de norton : échec
J'ai activé spybot : il trouve rien.

J'ai cherché via google des info sur le pb qui s'est abattu sur mon pc (cela m'a conduit à vous !) en remarquant qu'internet rame pour l'affichage et qu'en cliquant sur les liens proposés par google j'étais dirigé sur des sites louches 'notamment un qui s'appelle jump (il me faut copier-coller l'url dans la barre d'adresse pour arriver sur le site demandé)

J'ai tenter de télécharger d'autres anti-virus que le mien : plusieurs échecs. J'ai qd même réussi à installer Virus Keeper qui n'a rien trouvé !

Puis

j'ai téléchargé hijackthis et j'ai fait un scan avec mais je n'ai pas réussi à le poster sur ce forum.

Je vais réessayer de poster un rapport.

Désactive ton antivirus et tout autre type de protection.
Télécharge ComboFix de sUBs :
ComboFix.exe
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte ci-dessous :

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\lphcnhrj0eg7j.exe

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle (Ctrl+V) le texte que tu viens de copier.
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt

Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe comme sur la capture

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.
Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.
Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

désolée hier je ne pouvais plus me connecter!

J4essaye de télécharger combofix mais comme por les MAJ de mon antivirus ou autres tentatives de charger d'autre antivirus Firefox me dit que la page est introuvable. Comment faire ?

impossible de charger avec Internet Explorer combofix on dirait que mon virus m'empêche de chercher les remèdes sur le web afin de l'éradiquer.
Que pui-je faire svp

J'ai l'impression de m'être un peu sorti d'affaire avec Malware (que j'ai réussi à télécharger sur télécharger.com ) car je n'arrivais pas à charger combofix ou autre autrement . Il semble que je n'ai plus de pb (notamment je n'ai plus la fenêtre d'alerte sur le bureau)
MalwareBytes antimalware m'a supprimé certains fichiers et en a mis d'autres en quarantaine je poste le rapport qu'il m'a donné ci-dessous. Qu'en pensez-vous ?

essaye de repasser ComboFix stp
comme suit:
Désactive ton antivirus et tout autre type de protection.
Télécharge ComboFix de sUBs :
ComboFix.exe
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

Double-clic sur ComboFix, Il va te poser une question, suis les invites puis attends que combofix ait terminé, il est possible que ton PC reboot, c’est normal, un rapport sera créé.Poste le rapport :C: \Combofix.txt
clique dessus pour l'ouvrir, puis édition "sélectionner tout", édition "copier"

viens sur le forum et édition "coller"

ajoute un nouveau rapport Hijackthis.
