je suis tout nouveau sur se forum et j'ai remarquer que la plupart des internaute avec les problèmes résolu grasse au proffessionnel de se site!!
Voila mon ordianteur rameeeeeee trop!! il bloque et je peut plus m'en servir! Je suis vrément embéter Quelquel peut-il m'aider?? Je vous en remercie d'avance. Cordialement

Je vais m'occuper de toi. Merci de prendre en compte que je suis bénévole, que j'ai une vie privée et que j'aide plusieurs internautes à la fois, donc merci d'être patient. Cependant, je ne lâche jamais un internaute tant que son PC n'est pas propre ;)

Je ne suis pas professionnel, mais étudiant, qui plus est en lettres :D

Télécharge Toolbar-S&D (Team IDN) sur ton Bureau.

  • Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
  • Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
  • Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
  • Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
  • Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

Re,

Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci.

  • Choisis cette fois l'option 2 puis valide en appuyant sur Entrée.

! Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression !

  • Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici, puis un nouveau rapport HijackThis.


Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "Nouvelle tâche (exécuter)"
Tapes explorer et valide. Cela te fera apparaitre ton bureau

Tu n'as pas d'antivirus, c'est pourtant primordial d'en avoir un de nos jours pour surfer sur la toile !

Télécharge AntiVir sur ton Bureau.

  • Double clique sur l'exécutable téléchargé pour lancer l'installation.
  • A la fin de l'installation, clique sur Finish.
  • Ouvre Antivir, assure-toi qu'il soit bien à jour !
  • Dans l'onglet Local Protection, choisis Scanner.
  • Active la recherche de rootkits via le + de rootkit search, puis dans manual selection, coche tout (tes partitions de disque dur).
  • Clique sur la loupe du milieu pour lancer le scan en tant qu'Administrateur.
  • Poste moi le rapport généré : Pour cela, clique sur l'onglet Overview, puis choisis Reports, tu trouveras son rapport..


Note : Pour une éradication des menaces plus efficaces, lance le scan en mode sans échec.

D'après HijackThis tu n'en avais pas. Si tu en as un, pas besoin d'en changer ;)

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.
Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.

Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées, redémarre en mode sans échec.
AIDE : Redémarrer en mode sans échec

  • Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".
  • Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".
  • Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :

-- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
-- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.
REMARQUE : Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.
