probleme navigation internet

du nouveau, à chaque fois que je démarre une nouvelle page internet avast m'alerte qu'il a trouvé un trojan

Télécharge Navilog1.exe (IL-MAFIOSO)
Enregistre-le sur ton Bureau.
Lance l'installation en double cliquant sur navilog.exe.
Une fois l'installation terminée, l'utilitaire s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double clique sur le raccourci présent sur le Bureau)

Laisse-toi guider par l'utilitaire. Choisis l'option 1 puis valide.

Patiente jusqu'à l'apparition de ce message :

Tu es infecté par Vundo...

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.
Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.

Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées, redémarre en mode sans échec.
AIDE : Redémarrer en mode sans échec

Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".

Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".

Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :
-- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
-- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.

désactive le module self defense d'avast avant de faire ce qui suit:

Clic-droit sur l'icône d'Avast! près de l'horloge >> "Réglages du programme..."

- Option "Dépannage" (au bas à gauche)

- Cocher "Désactiver le module self-defense d'avast!" >> "Ok"

Télécharge ComboFix de sUBs :
ComboFix.exe
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

Double-clic sur ComboFix, Il va te poser une question, suis les invites puis attends que combofix ait terminé, il est possible que ton PC reboot, c’est normal, un rapport sera créé.Poste le rapport:C:\Combofix.txt
clique dessus pour l'ouvrir, puis édition "sélectionner tout", édition "copier"

viens sur le forum et édition "coller"

ajoute un nouveau rapport Hijackthis.

~Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau.

Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer
Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo.
~Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Fix Vundo
Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers
Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; clique OK.
~Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis dans ta prochaine réponse
Note: Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-haut, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo

mon pc ne redémarre pas il n'y a plus le bureau juste l'image de fond il y a eu 2 erreur

je l'ai bien laissé travaillé au moment où j'ai cliqué sur ok car il pouvait pas supprimer des fichiers l'erreur:
"userinit.exe - erreur d'application
L'application n'a pas réussi à s'inintialiser correctemment....."
je peux pas lancer en mode sans échec sa me fait la meme chose que normale

j'ai suivit les instructions mais il m'affiche "redemarrage du programme s'installation" puis un message d'erreur que j'ai pas pu lire en entier "lass.exe - erreur systeme" le pc redemarre en boucle

comme je te l'explique ci-dessus
rien à faire, il faut réparer windows.
si tu n'as pas le cd, demande qu'on t'en prête un, si c'est juste pour une réparation (pas un format) ça ira.

j'ai fait ce que tu m'as dit une réparation (3 fois) mais rien y fait, j'ai donc formaté
