Je vous expose mon problème.

Depuis 2 jours mon PC a fait 5 Blue Screen et reboot juste après et je ne parviens toujours pas a l'expliquer. J'ai fais plusieurs analyse de virus, spywares et etc... sans aucun résultat, mais quand je fais un scan avec HiJackThis il y a un fichier que je n'arrive pas a supprimer.

Lorsque j'analyse le log la ligne " O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)"

ne veut pas ce supprimer.

Pouvez-vous m'aider a résoudre mon problème qui devient de plus en plus embêtant. Et je tiens a signaler que mon PC a tout juste 1 semaine ce qui me dégoute encore plus.

Sinon tes pilotes sont a jour ? Et en mode sans échec ça donne la même chose ?

euh pourquoi tu regardes pas avec ccleaner les programme en rapport avec norton et google pour desinstaller?

bah si a rien dans la liste des programmes c'est bon mais apres le reste je ne sais pas c'et hors de mes competences , t'es dans hardware içi faut pas l'oublier . Poste un nouveau rapport hijackthis dans la section securitée virus

Parfois un antivirus peut bloquer ton PC mais je n'ai vu ca que au démarage quand l'anti virus le détecte et il essaie de le virer et tout se bloque. Mais vu ce que tu dis ca semble plutot être une erreur windows donc fait des restauration système. Si ca ne marche pas et bien il te reste toujours la réinstallation de windows mais tu peux perdre des données donc assure toi de bien tout sa
