hello,

sry, when i dont write in french, cause i cant write so good like i'm speaking.
i have my internet with freebox and much problems! all the time, my internet connection is very slow. i have pings between 1000 - 3000ms.
i called free and they suggest me to change the freebox. so we do that, but the problem is the same! i think it is the line, but they always tell me, that the line is fine.

can someone help me? is it possible to restart the freebox with commands? cause it is in the floor..
