[RESOLU] Imposible de supprimer TR/Vundo.Gen message alerte de antivir

Bonjour,

J'ai Avira antivir comme Anti virus, et au démarrage de mon PC, j'ai un message d'alerte trojan TR/Vundo.Gen
J'ai essayé divers solutions sans succes.
J'ai beaucoup de problème pour faire fonctionner mon PC, notamment pour lancer Windows, je suis obligé d'utiliser le gestionnaire de tache et lancer une nouvelle tache 'Explorer'.Je n'ose pas désactiver antivir guard.

Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider à résoudre ce problème.

Merci pour l'aide. Désolé hier j'étais de sortie (Moto). Voici le rapport. Par contre je ne sais pas si c'est lié, mis je impossible de démarrer IE ou FireFox. Donc je le fais via mon iMac.

Super la balade, pas de pluie, mais beaucoup de vent.
Sinon je n'arrive pas à arrêter AntiVir

Pour le reste j'ai charger ComboFix, je fais le scan dès que j'ai réussis à arrêter AntiVir et je te passe ça dès que c'est fini.

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.

• Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.

Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées :
Redémarre en mode sans échec
/!\ Ne jamais démarrer en mode sans échec via MSCONFIG /!\

• Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".
• Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".
• Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :

-- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
-- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.

REMARQUE : Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.

Ouvre Spybot , clique sur l'onglet Mode et choisis Mode Avancé
Ne tiens pas compte de l'avertissement
En bas à gauche , clique sur Outils
Toujours dans la colonne de gauche , clique sur Résident ( pas dans la fenêtre centrale )
Et décoche l'option Resident "TeaTimer" (Tu pourras la recocher lorsque nous aurons terminé)

Relance Hijackthis (clique droit -> lancer en tant qu'adminstrateur sous Vista), do a system scan only, coche ces lignes (si toujours présentes) :

Ferme toutes les applications en cours (particulièrement ton navigateur Internet).
Puis Fix Checked !

Relance Hijackthis.

• Clique sur Open the Misc Tools Section.
• Choisis Delete an NT Service .
• Tape LVPrcSrv et valide.

A pars l'incident si dessus, tout à l'air d'être rentré dans l'ordre.
- Plus de 'Virus alerte' à côté de l'heure dans Windows.
- J'ai à nouveau accès directement à C: et D: depuis l'explorateur sans avoir à taper C: ou D: dans la barre adresse.
- Plus de blocage d'IE
- Plus de messages d'alerte d'Antivir.

A propos d'Antivir, il existe une version Premium et premium suite qui sont plus complètes. Est-ce vraiement utile ?

Bon mauvaises nouvelles, je fais un scan avec Antivir et il vient de m'ouvrir 2 fenêtres "trojan TR/Vundo.Gen", alors qu'il scan le volume système.

Je laisse finir le scan. il en est à 15%

Démarrer -> panneau de configuration -> options internet
Clique sur l'onglet "Contenu" puis onglet "Certificats" et si tu trouves ceci, en particulier dans "éditeurs approuvés" :
Supprime Electronic-Group & OOO-Favorit.

Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 (de A.Rothstein)

• Installe le sur ton Bureau.
• Clique sur Recherche pour lancer le scan.
• Clique sur Supprimer pour nettoyer les outils utilisés.
• Clique sur Quitter.
• Poste ce rapport ~>C:\TCleaner.txt<~

• Garde Ccleaner, MBAM et AntiVir si nous les avons installés..
• Désactive-réactive la restauration système.
• Rapporte ton infection sur Malware Complaints >Tuto<
• Ton(tes) infection(s) : Egdaccess/Magic.control/Navipromo, Vundo.
• Si tu ne la trouves pas dans la liste, poste dans Autres infections,

• Mets ton ordi correctement à jour >ici<
• Si ce n'est pas fait, assure-toi que les Mises à jour Automatiques Windows soient activées !

Puis regarde ces dossiers :

- Sécurité/Prévention
- Conséquences de la multi-protection
- Toolbars : Inutilité et ralentissements
