Virus: System error

Bonjour,
Ce message d'erreur apparait lorsque j'ouvre un disque dur ou ouvre IE:
System error!
Attention BBB! Some dangerous trojan horses detected in your system, blablabla il me propose de télécharger un faux antispyware.

J'ai déjà nettoyé le system avec plusieurs anti malware (spybot, adaware,ewido,a squared,avast) sans succès...
